Jim Carroll

President
Jim has over 25 years of management recruiting experience in the long-term care, assisted living and retirement industries. Jim founded Carroll Personnel in 1986 as a national recruiter to the Health Care Industry. Jim has a background in Finance & Management with an undergraduate Degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Carol Dobis

Director of Recruitment
Carol began her recruiting career in 2002 with a generalist firm in Birmingham, AL where she specialized in sales/marketing, clerical, and accounting placements. She joined Carroll Personnel in July of 2008 where she recruits exclusively in the long-term care industry. Carol holds a BS in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Purdue University, and is a member of a local staffing association.
